Sarang Semut

Ingredients:

250g butter
100g castor sugar
350g plain flour
100g corn flour
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla essence
Chocolate rice (for deco)

Methods:

1) mix butter and sugar until flully
2) add egg yolk and vanilla essence. Mix well
3) add flour and mix well until it become a dough
4) grate dough and spoon into paper cups
5)sprinkle with chocolate rice
6) bake at 170c for 15-20mins
