Ingredients:
4 egg whites
180g cornflakes (crushed)
150g choc chips
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
260g icing sugar
some food coloring (optional)
Methods:
1) whisk egg whites and salt until fluffy
2) add in vanilla essence, food coloring and icing sugar. continue to beat untill stiff and fluffy
3) fold in cornflakes and choc chips
4) place in paper cups
5) bake at 160c for 20mins
