Marble Cake

Ingredients:

250g butter
250g plain flour
250g sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
4 eggs

Methods: 

1) pour everything in except for cocoa powder
2) seperate 1/2 potion into another bowl and add cocoa powder. Mix well
3) scoop alternate into a grease round tin. Use a knife to make pattern
4) bake at 180c for 40-45mins
5) leave to cool for 10mins then remove from the tin

Sarang Semut

Ingredients:

250g butter
100g castor sugar
350g plain flour
100g corn flour
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla essence
Chocolate rice (for deco)

Methods:

1) mix butter and sugar until flully
2) add egg yolk and vanilla essence. Mix well
3) add flour and mix well until it become a dough
4) grate dough and spoon into paper cups
5)sprinkle with chocolate rice
6) bake at 170c for 15-20mins


Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

50g butter
90g icing sugar
280g top/multi purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
Chopped almond (toasted)


Methods:

1) beat butter and sugar until fluffy
2) add flour, baking powder and vanilla extract and mixed well
3) add flour, baking powder and almond. fold in.
4) pipe in piping back
5) bake at 160c for 15mins until golden brown






Honey Cornflakes

Ingredients:

250g butter
200mls honey
1 big jumbo pack cornflakes (crushed)
Sprinkler for deco (optional)

Methods:

1) melt butter, do not let it bubble
2) add in honey and mix well
3) add in cornflakes and mix well
4) place in paper cups
5) bake at 180c for 10mins

Total: 130pcs


Cornflakes Meringue

Ingredients:

4 egg whites
180g cornflakes (crushed)
150g choc chips
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
260g icing sugar
some food coloring (optional)

Methods:

1) whisk egg whites and salt until fluffy
2) add in vanilla essence, food coloring and icing sugar. continue to beat untill stiff and fluffy
3) fold in cornflakes and choc chips
4) place in paper cups
5) bake at 160c for 20mins

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
100g brown sugar
125g butter
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
225g self rising flour
200g choc chips
1/2 tsp baking soda

Methods:
1) mix butter and sugar
2) add egg, vanilla essence and mix well
3) add flour and baking soda
3) add choc chips and fold in
4) roll into balls of 2cm by 2cm
5) bake at 180c for 10mins

Banana Cake

Ingredients:

125g butter
150g caster sugar
1 tsp vannila extract
1 egg,beaten
4 bananas
2 tsp banana extract
190g self rising flour
60ml milk ( i use carnation evaporated milk)

Methods:
1) melt butter, sugar & vanilla extract over medium heat
2) remove from heat & add mashed bananas & banana extract. mix well
3) add egg, mix wel
4) stir in flour & milk
5) pour in grease 2lb loaf tin/paper cake liners

Kuih Suji

Ingredients:
500g all purpose flour (tepung gandum)
200g icing sugar
250g QBB (minyak sapi)

Methods:
1) melt QBB.
2) mixed flour & icing sugar together
3) pour QBB to the mixed flour & icing sugar
4) mix all well
5) make round shape
6) bake at 170c for 20mins
